My manager and team are very supportive. They are the best part of the job. I also appreciate our flexible work schedule, allowing me to work around doctors appointments, etc. while still getting in all my hours and attending meetings.

Customers are frustrated. The sales team sells products that aren't developed yet and don't have a clear way of identifying which products they should/shouldn't sell. Projects sold w/out enough milestone hrs. Changing systems very quickly (teams/slack, openair/ff, jira/azure) w/ out enough guidance.
