There seems to be no standard onboarding process. New employees watch the same training videos over and over for more than a month before starting any work. Then when starting work, none of the trainings prepared you for what you'll be doing so you have to learn through word of mouth

Don't push out Time Entry software without proper testing. The bonus system doesn't incentivise working efficiently on projects and discourages training new members as it doesn't go toward our project hours.

Engineers should not do ANY work before a specification document has been approved. So much work is wasted when we start before this. There should also be a singular location for team specific, high quality trainings for new people.
