Overall I think Chegg is a decent company to work for, they treat people well and fairly, have good benefits and they make pretty good tools for students. 2 students stopped me in the grocery store and said 'Thank you' after seeing the Chegg logo on my jacket. So there you have it.
at some difficult but overall good execution and always working towards improvement
getting things done without too many hurdles
student loan repayment and remote flexibility
Everyone is a good team player, that's important.
Everyone has and appreciates family.
People treat each other respectfully.
team work and mutual support/recognition
hire good people, smart but also personable and team players
I think salary and stock are fair for the work and environment/culture.

on engineering side there's a good amount of humility and group effort ethos
Overall I feel leadership is responsive to employee needs, esp during a difficult time.
When things move along and people work together to accomplish things or clear hurdles.
Everyone works as a team, we back each other up, there are no stupid questions and we succeed and fail as a team.
open, honest and down to earth. I think Dan really is great at his job and we're lucky to have him. Seriously, a lot of CEO give the impression of living on a different planet, while Dan largely gets it.
The previous question isn't really a Yes or No question, lol. I don't think 'excited' is a good option to give people, I feel grateful to have good coworkers and a good work environment. What makes me happy is having good people to have good discussions with that lead to well thought out actions.
