We are like a family! Always bouncing ideas off each other, having a good time and making sure we hold each other to our highest standards to ensure we are each our best selves.

Team/family feel. We are greeted with large smiles and a huge "hello" every morning we walk in the office (by our entire team and management) and we always strive to make each other better in the most positive manner.

My co-workers and my management always wanting to make me the most successful they possibly can. We are unique in the fact that we all aren't competing against each other so everyone is genuinely excited when their co-worker is doing fantastic!

I love that our leadership team is genuinely interested in hearing everyone's ideas and making sure they are keeping their employees happy while we grow so quickly. Often times when a company grows these things aren't priority but at Insight Global they are!

I liked that they didn't grill me--they truly just wanted to make sure I would be a personality fit for their team because that is what it all comes down to at the end. We have to be able to work well together and be personable enough to make our best career in sales.
