Although I think salaries should be reevaluated based on cost of living, I do like the opportunity I have to earn bonuses each quarter.

I like seeing the growth that we have had as a company, it is nice to see how much we have evolved but what we can continue to do to become better.

Based on the market where I live compensation does not match cost of living. On top of the day to day responsibilities of my role a base increase would benefit the amount of pressure and stress.

I appreciate the openiness to the leadership team, the fact that they actually remember things about their employees and also that they want us to be as successful as possible. We're not like other companies where you have never interacted with leadership or upper management and I love that about us

I do not feel undervalued about my compensation. I feel that the company hasnt done the best job with explaining things that are going on with our stock options. One min its going public going public and the next min its not but we dont know what the plan is when it comes to our stock options.
