It's a good opportunity and the company really cares I just wish our pay was more realistic and consistent. The highs and lows of commission don't add up to our base salary.

IG is a great company to work for. I think there are area's of improvement and things that must be changed, as in base salary. Rent is going up 20-40% in major cities, even smaller cities we have offices in, and our company is facing Pro recruiters leaving as well as backouts and declines

Our base salary is not realistic, especially during pandemics when commissions are harder to earn or further out. Our base salary is not a livable salary.

We offer one of the lowest base salaries hiring students out of college. The amount of declines and backouts we have seen this year across all offices is really scary for talent acquisition.

Our base salary is not realistic. My commissions were dramatically reduced this year due to not hiring for the year and I cannot afford daily costs of living and rent on my base salary.

I feel the clawback every year is not reaosnable. That's 5 people you got the job for this company and spent so much time on, which for a new ta, is 1/4 of your yearly goal that you do not get paid for.
