The culture and comradery built into our team is second to none. You here it all the time, but I genuinely think the reason many people stay with the company is because of the people they work with.
There is a huge disparity in commission from our Prl Recruiting an Account Management Teams. Pro's that have hit 5+ contest should have a higher commission structure as they are often doing the requalifying of business and selling for the AM's they support. Senior/Principal Pros are under valued
