I stay with the company because of the people, opportunity and love what I do. But if someone landed on my doorstep to pay a more competitive wage - I would have to consider a move. They just don't pay enough for my level of work.

Although they have no clue, they treat people respectfully and create a culture where you will put up with the poor management/poor rollouts of new programs.

For my role, 15-20% below competive wage. Company needs to focus on comp analysis. Struggling to make ends meet because of the positive work environment but not sure how long I can hold out.

The first interviewer was stressed and clueless. No idea of geography of the area he was recruiting in. Seemed more like a telemarketer than HR. Once I got past the gate keeper - much more professional/positive experience.

Meetings are always 11th hour without regard for schedules. Video conferencing does not work back to HQ meetings. Tasks and "mandatory work weekends" frequently announced after close of business on Friday. But we are all in the muck of chaos together so it remains palatable.
