Internal Comms Consistency in policy implementation be more in touch with who nCino is today and not the past versions of it
Internal Communications - actually living out the core values they preach. provide remote work - data points toward that this alone greatly contributes to increased productivity and culture
Elsewhere in the mkt, (raleigh, charlotte, durham, greensboro, winston-salem) my comp is 20-30k higher with similar benefits. I dont love that the excuse of our benefits or the fact that we live in ILM is used against us in terms of comp
nCino has a problem of only bringing in people in at the lowest end of the range (<30% PIR) so its not competitive with the market AND makes me feel undervalued b/c it feels like they dont think we are worth more than the bare minimum
