What does the leadership team need to get better at?
nCino used to put employees first which created an amazing company dynamic. Since going public, the culture has changed. What's best for the employees is no longer considered, drastic changes are made with no follow-through, and there is no longer any transparency or honesty from the executives.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The various insurances we have make it less stressful for the day to day - especially as I am in the process of buying a house - it makes it easier for the application! I also do love having perkbox!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There needs to be a payment adjustment to keep up with the market. With going back to full in-office while other companies offer 4 day work weeks and remote work, there needs to be an increase in compensation to offset the additional cost to employees.

My team (and everyone at nCino) has some of the best and most hard-working people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

My team are all top shelf colleagues - everyone knows what they are doing and will support everyone else in world class fashion. Still being fairly new, tickets can seem daunting but I don't feel this as I know I have backup.

The interview forced me to think on my feet but really gave me the stage to sell myself. I loved the informal but professional nature and I enjoyed meeting so many different people. What can be seen as a daunting exercise actually was positive and left me buzzing!
