Working here has shown me that a company can provide you the tools to succeed and allow you to enjoy yourself on the way. I have loved every minute of being here and look forward to what the future holds!

It is literally everything I would've wanted - I absolutely love perkbox as well!

No matter who you speak to, they genuinely care about you - they also all come with a great level of enthusiasm and are great at motivating everyone.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows what they are doing and get it done. They are open and honest but also very chill. Everyone brings a world class attitude and absolutely their A-game!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there with the same goal and same mentality. When its work, we work, when its fun - WE HAVE FUN! Also any office with a beer tap and free snacks always has my heart.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all have this mentality of making sure you are doing well (personally and professionally) and that you have having fun. This not only inspires me to push harder but also means I want to come to work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The various insurances we have make it less stressful for the day to day - especially as I am in the process of buying a house - it makes it easier for the application! I also do love having perkbox!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all top shelf colleagues - everyone knows what they are doing and will support everyone else in world class fashion. Still being fairly new, tickets can seem daunting but I don't feel this as I know I have backup.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The aim of the culture is for people to have fun and I can really see that in the day to day. We have a work hard play harder mentality which i love! Living the 6 is truly a form I am taking on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview forced me to think on my feet but really gave me the stage to sell myself. I loved the informal but professional nature and I enjoyed meeting so many different people. What can be seen as a daunting exercise actually was positive and left me buzzing!
