innovation, let's not be a permissions-based organization in every little thing we do. Be more transparent in why people get let-go or their job role no longer is needed. Have an employee-based reward system.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most roles with my title and years of experience advertise more than I am making. But I know if I approached management they would give an excuse why there is not more money in budgets. Like most companies they want to pay people as little as possible and make the investors as much money as possible

I took a massive pay cut to work here, so I have to truthfully say I am undervalued paywise, but the benefits are super. I wouldn't go back for double my current pay.
