People work hard, colleagues generally have your back. Management not so much.

Too much anxiety, lack of direction, lack of trust in the individual contributer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
innovation, let's not be a permissions-based organization in every little thing we do. Be more transparent in why people get let-go or their job role no longer is needed. Have an employee-based reward system.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most roles with my title and years of experience advertise more than I am making. But I know if I approached management they would give an excuse why there is not more money in budgets. Like most companies they want to pay people as little as possible and make the investors as much money as possible
