I believe manager put considerable effort into hiring the best people for the job without sacrificing team dynamics. We are all hard workers and we share the same core values that drive a substantially better team dynamic than I've experienced anywhere else in my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team. We work hard and we all genuinely love what we do. That makes every day enjoyable. I never feel like I'm coming to work to just slog through the day. nCino is a dynamic, fast-paced and demanding company that rewards excellence, commitment, and effort.

There is considerable investment in the nCino community and employees that is 100% supported by leadership. Every employee is a valued member of the team, and it shows in how they respect our work while also encouraging us to grow. This is a leadership group that truly embraces innovation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare. I don't worry about going to the doctor or taking care of myself. We're encouraged to seek a work-life balance that is healthy. I don't feel guilty for taking time to go to the doctor, see my therapist, or take a PTO day for myself. Health and wellness are truly valued.
