My team does a fantastic job of building each other up. I can count on my colleagues to share knowledge and ideas and help when I need training.

My leader genuinely values my ideas. Our ELT has created global meetings to be sure we are aware of company initiatives. Our HR leadership has created a growth and learning plan to ensure success.

Across all divisions and departments, I feel like the nCino employees are cheerleaders for our product and our brand. We have created an incredibly talented team that is proud of the success of their company.
