Playing pickelball is one of my favorite parts of the job.
I am paid more than I have been for the same role at other companies and they are very generous with giving their employees lots of free products.
Everyone I work with is kind and fun to work with. They are also all great at their job, honestly they teach me lots every day and have made me a better worker.
It's obvious that the leaders want this to be a great company to work for and that mindset has trickled down. People want to enjoy work so they are more friendly and help make sure everyone gets their work done.
The culture they have established. It's clear that they are all-in on making Nu Skin a great company to work for and keeping the company customer obsessed. They are also so incredibly friendly. I am a part-time intern and have had conversations with 2 founders and the CEO, that's not normal.
