I love Nu Skin. However, the work pace and constant changing of priorties is tough. Recently, I feel like I can't keep up and I work non-stop. I think our leadership team is great but they don't understand the stress put on the employees at the pace we are moving.

I work about 60-70 hours per week. I work nights and weekends because of emails and messages coming through from management. I feel like there is no work/life balance. If I was paid at a higher rate, I would feel like I need to be available 24/7.
