Everyone is very accepting and there's no judgement when you make a mistake.
Everyone is so nice and friendly. It's a very chill environment and I've made several friends here.
The interview process had me quite excited about working at the company because the managers were nice and seemed interested in me as a person.
I enjoy being able to work on projects like folding, packing online orders, and other organizational activities. It's also genuinely nice to see someone be happy when they receive a discount.
Store managers are great people, but could act a little more professionally (some tend to act just like the high schoolers they hire sometimes). The entire upper level management needs to pay workers better and de-emphasize credit card signups.
Pay is very low compared to other service jobs and has not increased with inflation, even when store prices have. Our 50% employee discount is good, but it shouldn't be considered part of our pay (my manager said it was).
