This is an average company that really doesn't have strong goals set. It is in line with most average companies out there. There is not a clear balance across all the sites to keep everyone in the same loop. There are a lot of changes that need to be made but a lot of resistance from employees.

There is a lot of confusion as to what the expectations are. The is an older regime that holds on to the old practices to tightly. This does not let new ideas and improvements to happen.

When it is time to go home.

Generally nice people with good intentions.

learn to change and make inprovements.

There needs to be a change in leadership.

Very poor management and little done about it.

The level of communication is poor along with the expectations that are set for individuals.

I really think we need to change over a lot of staff to make it better.

culture is very old with little done to update it. New ideas are not taken into account.

There is a lot of division within the plan. Too many mixed messages in the course of the day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to be leaders not managers. There is way to micromanagement and lack of trust from the leadership.

There needs to be a bonus structure for all employees. There also needs to be more of a match for the 401K.

The environment lacks real passion. The team is divided up into clicks so it is hard to get good communication through the organization.

I am not sure why there is not a bonus structure beyond management. It should be for all employees. Also, the 401K could be better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Working together as a team and communicating to the whole company. There are many silos and different views expressed on a daily basis. Communication is not clear.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be more empowerment. A lot of things are handled at a higher level which really doesn't need to be done. Employees should have a chance to have an impact on what they do. Right now, there is very little collaboration. it is more a dictated work environment.
