The people are excellent, the work can be creative and rewarding but there is simply too much of it right now for the current staff to keep the quality consistent/be proactive. I worry that the company is so concerned about client growth that they are underselling the extensive services we provide.

They are all personable, and know how much work we all are putting in, which makes them understanding and reasonable.

Like all of the client services team I find myself putting in closer to 55-65 hours of work most weeks, including usually working on the weekends. Salary seems average for the industry but workload seems too high for just average pay.
