ADP: The hiring process was simple. Onboarding has been interesting; we have about 6 weeks of down time before we start training as I am new to the company. I have been able to partake in fun events which makes it fun to meet others. So far so good, we'll see how it goes after training.

AutoZone: The turnover rate is sky high, because with shares of stock close to 2500.00 per share Autozone can afford to pay little to nothing to hourly employees. As a retired flight attendant with a great pension I work at Autozone to offset the cost of taking care of my parents. AZ uses people period.
Waste Management: Surprising, I thought that I would run my route and go home. However, the managers always keep us engaged and wanting to go further with safety and customers service. One negative thing I can say is that equipment could be lots better than it is currently- not trucks, containers can be embarrassing
