Foundever: Since Sitel buy SYKES my experience has been bittersweet, Sitel is a big player with many interesting and good practices. But it weakness is change management and it had affected Legacy SYKES employees experience, we dont feel we belong to Sitel.

Conduent: We are working on the poor company environment. The treatment is not equal, management care only the team doing poor and provide more award to boost the motivation. The company building is worse, toilet with no water, the mould, even a mushroom grew there, the smell, it is uncomfortable to work.
