Outreach: Poor leadership with no clear path to IPO and beyond. Company does not pay employees enough or do anything to retain top performers. Culture has taken a huge hit and little effort is being made to make it better. Sales quotas are insanely high and unrealistic based on current headcount. Poor overall

Upon losing talent, this leaves remaining employees with larger work loads with no increase in compensation. Yet, my manager is the best I've ever had.

symplr: its been short but so far I have really appreciated the warm welcome into the company and the town halls are great they don't feel like a corporation meeting.
symplr: Before symplr, it was okay at least we started on new technology. - Now can't hire new people in the Netherlands - Can't sell our product in the US any more. - Can't make new software, management doesn't allow it (costs to much) - Allot of equality talk , but all perks are only for US employ's. etc.

symplr: Conflicted. Middle management is WEAK and contributes to all my negative responses. I don't believe they share the same work ethic/culture as ELT promotes.
symplr: Liked the promise of values, work/life balance, potential for growth. Instead, very stressful and overwhelming, zero time to even thing about growth, work/life balance. I like the company, my job, & my team, and have hope but the promise of it getting better is dragging out and creating doubt.
symplr: symplr gives equal opportunities and looks for people who can fit into the company culture. People here are inclusive and we can share our good, bad, and ugly in the team. I also share a good relationship with my manager and Director. They listen to my thoughts and suggestions.

symplr: overall, my experience is positive. My work load and stress level fluctuate in waves and that is expected. the only downfall is that i find myself sitting at my desk for 7-8 hours straight without having a break. i feel like i need to be available to the customer regardless.

symplr: When I first started with my previous company before symplr acquired it I felt there was more collaboration at a goal and at first I felt symplr wanted to do the same. But lately support just hasn't been there. It feels like a while just turning with no clear direction.
symplr: I love the company culture and what we do. I love the specific work that I get to do, but I wish there was better clarity on what the leaders think for our particular, small teams and their future with the company.
symplr: It just to be al lot of fun and exciting, but sorry to say, since we have been taken over by Symplr things have deteriorated a lot, everything we try to make things better seems to be blocked by Symplr, now we can't even sell our product in the US anymore, not happy at all.

symplr: symplr allows me to work from Home, which I love, and in my role I am allowed autonomy, for the most part, in the work I select to do in my assignment. I am not micromanaged. I am treated as an adult who is able to handle the responsibilities assigned to me.
symplr: The company knows that we can do better, and is open to implementing new ideas/plans to help us get there. It sometimes provides daily challenges as we keep up, but overall I think the company wants to see us succeed.

We are always looking for new ways to thrill our customers, and that passion is evident in the work we do, and how we engage with one another.
First Merchants: Overall I would say its been a good experience. There definitely are some shady things they do and they need to pay better and offer better benefits if they want to keep employees going further with how jobs are changing. But I think if they fix those things they will be the perfect company.

But overtime things got better as I got enough support from seniors in Korea, and I took initiative to improve things as well. The managers now also make an effort to listen and help as they can.
Rapid7: My overall experience with the company working there are great. It great work environment, where people aren't only compensated fairly for they work, but given many opportunists to grow and learn new things in they field work.

Beacause it was 40 mins prior to my flight and passes are no longer issued after 45 mins. not communicated on the app, website, nor in the confirmation email. I was not rebooked i was labeled a No Show. No option

Marshalls: Marshalls is a very reliable store. You can find almost anything and at great prices. I've been a loyal costumer for over 6 years now. Their pieces also last a very long time. Overall, i reccomend shopping here.
Aritzia: Does not reflect inflation. No maternity or parental leave.
6sense: Culture of confronting problems with candor.
6sense: It's fairly new but very positive. The role is well defined, the pay is great, and the work is very interesting. I feel that the more I learn, the more I will improve, and the more impact my work will have.
UiPath: Keeping the culture as it was a few years ago seems difficult as the company scales. When management positions open, more people are brought in from outside than are moved up internally. Salary and benefits keep me here but the burnout rate is a large driver of employee churn.
Burrell Behavioral Health : I receive free dental care and the vision package is quite good.
Esri: My experience so far has been excellent. Everyone is so nice and very helpful.

The charter school seems to be a bit separatist and does its own thing without working with the rest of the organization, which is annoying and causes some problems, but otherwise everyone is very aligned and supports each other.

Sweetwater: Great company with pockets of inconsistency and poor communication. We dig our heels in to doing things the way we always have and sticking with every choice we make, often not giving proper consideration to other options or admitting a mistake.
Fivetran: Working with my team and my manager - they're all brilliant and inspiring!
Barracuda Networks: Good experience, definitely get exposed to multiple different tools/applications that will be beneficial for any type of security job.
