We might be a small team but we work well together
Hard working, small group that are trained to do multiple jobs at the same time and we just get the job done
Well it used to be great, with all of these changes being thrown at us I honestly can't tell you that the culture is great, so many changes so fast and most disorganized in their rollout
Don't really know what I would like or dislike alot of changes are being thrown out there, some good many disorganized I feel like its a ping pong game daily never know what change is gonna be thrown out there next
Getting to do the job I was hired for, but here recently that job has been chopped up which I don't think will benefit our clients, the company has gotten too big which makes me sad because I feel that the customer service our clients were getting in the past will not be at the same level
