the people are great, they care and they are kind to one another
a lot of silos and we are not creating structure and process around how we need to share information and act on and own the actions around how to get things done
the pace at which we are expected to go is not sustainable, i believe the growth of symplr due to acquisitions has not been accounted for in terms of bodies to do the work
there is no role definition for my role or my team members, therefore, we never know how to solve for problems that come our way. we depend on other teams, and they do not feel they have role clarity either
