Textron Systems: I really enjoy the team I am on now. I do feel like there are some areas of the company for improvement and some fields should be recognized for advancement more often. Overall I do feel valued by my boss but not always by leadership.
Textron Systems: the company cares about it's employees and i take pride in the work that we do. benefits/compensation could be more competitive. some questionable leadership choices, but not on my direct team. my direct team is one of my favorite parts about work.
GoodLeap: I feel valued, I am not just another body in a chair. This feels like a big family.
Crunch Fitness: The gym has the best equipment and space. It is however very dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. Most of the machines have dust and grime on them. In addition, some things such as soap dospensers and paper towel holders have been broken form months and not repaired/replaced.

Medela: Interesting products that are valuable and helpful to the customer; dropped in the workplace due to promises not kept; Weak resource management

RingCentral: It has been a little bumpy due to the high degree of change, combined with a remote work environment. As you seek to develop relationships and create spans of influence, so many leaders are departing that you are constantly having to start the process all over again.

GoodLeap: I believe in our mission values with going green for the planet. I feel burned out and under paid which is a daily struggle. Micro managing and poor communication creates for an unpleasant experience. The negativity cloud that loops in the department is challenging and demotivating .

SiriusXM: I have been a loyal Sirius XM customer for over 8 years, and I have always had trouble with this company wanting to charge me some ridiculous price, but I was able to continue to keep my current package, without having to ever pay over $100.00. I am an 81 yr old retired Air Force Veteran.

I would like to see some more diversity with the seniors. speaking as a POC. Growth is limited and hardwork is not rewarded, which demoralizes many. Managers should be reviewed.
GoodLeap: I have been at this company a very long time., There are some changes that take a while to get used to. However This is one of the best company's I have worked for.

GoodLeap: The partner relations department should be compensated more for all of the work that we do. We have to work with escalated borrowers, repurchase cases, delayed PTO, audits and working with the partners to find a resolution.

GoodLeap: I'm relatively new so still forming opinions. I was very please with the formal onboarding program allowing time to learn, shadow, and acclimate before getting an official assignment. I now have an assignment and am learning more about the company and the operations on a daily basis.
GoodLeap: Hands down the best job i have had. The team is so positive to be a part of, its hard to imagine working anywhere else with how much it helps my mental health. Would love to have guaranteed weekends off, and the mandatory weekend meetings on days off isn't the best but it balances itself out

GoodLeap: I really value our company's mission and value and it's what excites me to work everyday. But I do feel overworked and underpaid. The department and team are good but lots of micromanagement goes around. It's really difficult to stay positive when we get little to no support.

Im in a position were if im stumped or need to step back for some inspiration and recharging and my current PTO doesnt really allow for it. Im using half of my yearly pto on moving...I still havent taken a day off because im so limited.

DispatchHealth: I have been here less than a year. Joined due to your emphasis on patient care and the way management seemed to care about employees as people with lives outside work. Less than 6 months in and I'm seeing gradual movement away from that. Makes me sad.

LG Electronics North America: Top down management, Korean culture in nature, although NA market drives a lot of portion of sales globally, pay grade is just average. Culture is neither positive or negative. Big disconnect from upper management, if your not sales or products team its hard to know whats happening.
Vertafore: I've never worked in tech/software before, so I was a bit nervous to start the position. From day one, I have felt so supported and have been learning so much with the training and resources provided to me. And from what I can tell, those trainings and resources are always improving.
RingCentral: Everyone is super friendly, we all get along easily. It feels more like working with friends than coworkers.
Medela: It's nice work environment with flexible solutions for working partly from home and at ease atmosphere .
RingCentral: It feels fun, excited and satisfied.
RingCentral: From the interview to today, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful.

Medela: I began my career on the healthcare side of the business and was unfortunately displaced during an organizational re-structuring in 2021. I was thankful enough to be able to come back to the NICU and Maternity side of the business and could not be happier. That speaks volumes about Medela.
RingCentral: I am very happy how everyone is always willing to give a helping hand, from recruitement to training to production. There is also the RC app that connects everyone to make communication easier.
RingCentral: Just surprised the company had such a great team and product in a market I had been in for over 15 years.
Vertafore: A lot of great people to work with. No problems if something comes up that I need a PTO day for and work/home balance important to our company.
Vertafore: My experience has been great. Now, I have only worked here for about 3 months so things are all new.
LG Electronics North America: I like that I'm able to work remotely.
RingCentral: At this time it seems that the program itself is still in the honeymoon stage wherein there are a lot of opportunities to work on yet I'm not seeing any action that needs to be executed. I wish someday I would recommend this program to my friends and relatives as their work place.

I am a customer service manager and can not imagine me, this company has no care compassion or consistency from phone associates to upper level management. McAlister's: Management partakes in retaliatory conduct for easily excusable absence. I was cut a month from the schedule after contacting Covid. Then, cut 3 weeks after an ice storm. Part time hours were cut. Aired grievance to manager on Friday, and was told they would be addressed. No schedule next week.

LG Electronics North America: The company lacks the ability to achieve fairness to their employees (pay discrepancies, call volume, negative performance marks for failures that only LG controls,such as parts delays) and their customers (paying for out of warranty repairs for one, but not the other, same part, product and year).

I was previously at GCU and we started with 20 days, and I felt that was a fair amount. Before leaving, I was up to 24 days. Just some feedback :)
