Postmates: Providing the actual service they offer (sitting and waiting for a delivery for 2 hours, and them cancelling it, is ridiculous).
OLX: there are very few companies are there which provides these type of free services to all.
Axon: Great working environment, Friendly colleagues and especially they are very good. Everything is clearly communicated from the executive team to the members.

But in the last couple years they lost sight of what they purport to care about most (staff, customers, community), and only care about the money. It became a TERRIBLE place to work and I will never give them my money again.

LG Electronics North America: LG is a blame culture top to bottom. They hire industry experts but ignore their advice and hire consultants until someone tells them what they want to hear. HQ forces poor decisions in market and is slow to adjust. Work at LG for the benefits and compensation and learn to take direction well.

Leadership does not seem to discourage this negative internal 'competition'.

Sitecore: I joined last year and i am working in the area of sitecore which is acquired recenlty, so i would say work practices are still like small company not like a MNC, there need some improvement. i see people are open for suggestions and changes and i am contributing to that.
