Barracuda Networks: this company has failed its employees in so many ways its hard to be positive. I appreciate the skills, experience, and friendships, but it has come with the devistating effect on my own, and others, mental health.

Smartsheet: Slow and delayed promotion cycle and comp increase cycles. Changing to faster comp adjustment cycles to keep pace with market rate would help retain employees. If we are in growth phase, it seems that high attrition would severely impair the company, especially as competition increases.

The Knot Worldwide: I've been here just over a year in a sales role. You are rewarded and compensated fairly for the work you put in. The trainings and support are endless. Your manager will be your biggest cheerleader! Everyone cares and you'll care about everyone too.
IBM: It's been a positive environment and a good culture but there has also been a lot of instability in my team as of late that have presented some challenges for us to execute on our goals.
IBM: I have seen a lot of change in my time here, some positive and some not. Overall, it has been a positive experience, but as we scale towards an actual corporation I have seen that to focus on principle alignment has slipped some.
IBM: The overall experience has been great. Obviously, we are in a growth/transition period, but the change and growth is clear and I trust that my position and I will continue to grow.

Regus: I've listened to corporate say not to raises while reducing the bonus structure. increasing profits while not keeping the pay competitive with the market. I think it's a sinking ship.

Ucsd: Mainly working at this organization for the health benefit package. Department is managed in a crisis mode model, so staff take blame for management incompetency.
Curative: Goal setting team and company. Overall great company to work at.
Curative: How the relish program is. Our $12 meal plan should not be included with taxes and not even be called "credit" and the menu prices are setting us up to use money out of our pockets. Its actually cheaper to go into the restaurant and buy food than use relish.
The Knot Worldwide: This is the first company I have worked for that I felt valued enough to want to move into management and further in my career. I am supported, coached effectively and given many opportunities to learn and grow while also encouraged to balance my personal life with work.
Curative: Management and supervisors are running departments they have little to no experience in the processes they run, creating a division between lower and upper employees. Some supervisors cannot even answer questions pertaining to the departments they manage

I pinch myself where I am at today, working with C levels of major companies solving their most important problems quickly on a weekly basis. The people/product/culture are all incredible.

Axon: Overall experience is good. Like every company, there are good and bad aspects. Career development and advancement opportunities seem heavily dependent on the group you work for and your manager. It feels like senior management isn't always aware of issues on their teams.
IBM: I really like the company and the people I work with and I believe very much in what we're doing. My only issue currently is being overworked/stressed and needing to put in a LOT (55-60) hours a week to even come close to staying on top of things.

Sitecore: I came in as part of an acquisition, it was handle really well although we're still trying to fully integrate. Things are definitely more bureaucratic than in our original company but that's to be expected. Bump in income straight away due to bonus was a big positive in keeping me in the company.
