ID.me: Fast pace and a ton to learn, but rewarding mission and compensation. The organization values results over effort which can lead to a high level of stress when doing things, understandable but not always a great dynamic.
Semrush: Transparency on goals, quarterly business and strategy reviews, empathy and openness to experiments.
Invitation Homes: This company is the best kept secret. All the tools you need to succeed are within your reach and you are encouraged to grow. That's not normal - other companies say they do it but they don't. The people, the different departments and the interaction from everyone is incredible. They want to share.

The entire process has been a nightmare and 2 months later I get to pay my payment for the job because one of your workers forged my name on completion documents and I am sitting with a front door with no knob , a roof leaking, gutters laying in my yard.
