There has been ups and downs through the years most of the time due to Economy issues that affected our industry but never seen something like Cov-19 and there we are returning and getting stronger. This would perhaps enable employees to better assist most customers without having to interfere with supervisors. Thorough training beforehand is very important.

ID.me: I'm a Latina woman and was very pleasantly suprised by hiw easy it was to verify my identity with a selfie for IRS. Took less than 5 minutes, interface very easy to use with all disclosures there at every step. Very impressed. They made the IRS look good, and up to date with current tech!

They have been making it increasingly difficult for them to earn a living wage and will not disclose whether or not there are enough orders for all of the hired Shoppers. Shipt has been stringing them along.

Days Inn: There is no commitment to customer satisfaction. The room was dirty and in a bad section of town. When my boss and I tried to get some resolution Reed( probably not real name) hung up us. They still allow smoking in some rooms and this causes issues for anyone with health problems.

Fanatics: It's great to be a part of such an outstanding company that cares about its people.
Grand Canyon Education: Toxic at all times. Managers are awful, hr is only there to fire you. There is no company policy to follow. You are in constant fear of losing your job. Pay raise is 1 percent, unless you vacation with a director. Do your job, say nothing to anyone. Company never thinks of the people working

European Wax Center: We have a district manager who is just plain out rude, with simple questions she makes you feel below her and alwaya has an attiude. Franchisees say they have an open door policy but then take what you say and reprimand employees. Love the concept of ewc but management is unprofessional.
Rapid7: This has reinvigorated my professional sales career at a point where I was thinking about moving into an operations role. Thank you Rapid7.

symplr: Overall I have enjoyed my time with symplr. I hated growing and going through the acquisition as I had 4-5 managers 3 years which has been very hard. There have been ever changing expectations but I enjoy the people I work with and most of the client interactions I have.

CIRRUS LOGIC INC: Cirrus Logic really cares for the health and safety of its employees. Plus they offer activities that help us build good collaboration within our teams and across the company. And we have activities that are just fun.

BAL: It's been great. There is still a lot to learn but I feel supported in my journey and I hope that continues.
BAL: Overall management has been great to deal with. The work-pace is fast, but so far, it is comfortably fast. No unnecessary meetings are held. The culture is professional, yet not unnecessarily stiff. Overall it has been a good experience!

Samtec: I will say it's one of the better companies I've worked for. Although one huge problem they have is letting HR complaints go ignored. A supervisor had multiple people go to HR on them, yet nothing was done. Instead they were promoted. Heard they were close to someone high up in the company... fishy.

The Knot Worldwide: Extremely positive. My past experiences of working at corporate companies weren't great and I would dread going to work, but I have never felt that way at TKWW, which says a LOT.
