
Leadership's commitment to diversity and inclusion is a joke. They do not have the skills to address existing inequity within RELX and focus instead on marketing RELX as diverse/inclusive to potential hires/customers/etc.
We have reduced our team size and increased our workload multiple times over the last several years without meaningful adjustments to compensation. I am doing at least 150% as much work as when I joined RELX and my base pay has not kept up with cost of living increases.
