IPC Systems: I recently joined IPC and so far the employees and the culture is fantastic. Employees cooperate and work as a team to get projects released and out the door.
Gogo: The management and their logic is very baffling. Their effort to retain the employees is poor. If you like playing politics and figuring out who to kiss up too, this is the place for you.

IPC Systems: We are a company designed to be successfully, which tries to constantly develop further. Unfortunately this does not always work smoothly and many questions about processes remain unanswered. Communication is always a topic. Still, I like my job, my colleagues, and I feel very connected to IPC.

Textron Systems: Overall, its been a bit of a letdown. I see there's a lot of room for growth, both staffing wise and career wise, but I don't see a lot of clear, transparent, steps from the executive team on how to mitigate some of the growing pains and creating a welcoming environment as we grow.
Afiniti: afiniti is a good place to work with very good packages but no work life balance.

RingCentral: There's a lot of positive (e.g. UCaaS industry, collaborative culture, compensation model, international business), but also some challenges that should be addressed (e.g. focus on velocity/ quantity over quality, execs being in the weeds instead of leaving decisions to teams).

RingCentral: RingCentral is a good place to work with a friendly, supportive immediate team. At the same time, we have a long way to go in terms of maturity of processes (e.g., how to gather customer feedback at scale).
