
It's all-inclusive. Though, it would help if they promote internally by merit and not recruit externally for mid-level management positions.
They're involved at all levels. They're transparent with their future plans. They really seem to care about the rank-and-file and not only the bottom-line, which is most of the time is their stockholders.
The basic pay. Though, I was hoping that they'll make changes to the compensation structure so that a large part of it will be allocated as non-taxable allowance. That will help in making sure that employees will have a bigger take-home pay.
