Medela: I love the company although it does need improvements. There is a divide and an enormous lack of communication at times. Core behaviours are overlooked. Surveys are asked for but not actioned. This is very frustrating when you are asked repeatedly for honest feedback - give it and NO action is taken
Medela: Friendly working style, great people, nice interactions
Medela: Very nice and and familiar environment company. Colleagues are always available and the manager is great.
Medela: A very serious company. Many opportunities. A lot of potential to develop.
Dialog Semiconductor: This Review is for the Campbell Campus only. Company is very results oriented, will work you to the bone to meet unrealistic deadlines. Deadlines for projects are always changing. Work-Life balance? Forget about it. 70-80 hours/week. However tons of brilliant people there, you will learn a lot.

Medela: Medela has a great "family" culture, is committed to our purpose and takes the trust our customers place in us seriously. Sadly I think we struggle with execution on occassion where we are not fast enough to respond to issues or challenges in the business and this impacts morale
Aimco Apartment Homes: Company culture is horrible, especially mid-management. Like many others here, I reiterate the lack of work/life balance and lack of autonomy at the property level. While site teams typically have to work extra hard, corporate does nothing, walks around looking important and scary.
Vans: inclusive and very fun but also challenging
Fanatics: I will just summarize with a few words: Collaborative, interactive, and challenging
Medela: My passion is helping all customers not matter what issues arise. Resolution, best outcome for everyone. I love my position, driven in what I do to achieve. Medela is no. 1. I believe in our company. We all contribute to our culture. We need better bonding and support for each other to lift morale
Valvoline: Horrible management. Horrible employees. Even the district managers dismiss every problem that is going on with our stores. Losing customers every day, dangerous work environment, no help whatsoever.

Woodforest National Bank: The management does not care about there employees they only care about making money and hitting the goals required. The company is constantly changing and it is not always for the best. The changes are not consistent with every branch for policies and audits.
Fanatics: My team, and the strategies we execute together.
Meltwater: I've enjoyed working with Meltwater since I started 2 years ago. Meltwater has already taught me so much about business, leadership, process and structure. I feel grateful to be part of this team and learn from so many people across the world.
CoStar Group: CEO Andy Florance is a Sociopath and controls every decision and policy at the company even the most trivial. Management only survives by agreeing with Andy and notmaking any decisions or choices with out him. They are figurehads with a conscience.
Meltwater: I started with Meltwater several years ago, and I have felt my direct impact on the company's growth and success. The culture, people, and hard problems to solve make this company amazing!

Meltwater: I think Meltwater has hit a turning point in the last 1-1.5 years for the better. We started getting back to what makes us so great and that's the people. I only wish the comp plan and salary were more competitive, especially given the competition in the tech SaaS industry.

Meltwater: Working at Meltwater has been life-changing. They've shown me what my potential can be & they care deeply about helping me reach that.
Meltwater: The leadership team does a great job of helping you achieve your career goals by truly teaching you the steps needed to succeed.
Fanatics: Joined very recently - too early to comment.
LG Electronics North America: I've been with the company for 15 years and delighted to see the positive changes. We can always be better, but I think, we've done so much along the way. Kudos to LGENA for continuing to elevate its name and people.
DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock: Company vehicle at management levels
United Shore: There's a big "Work hard, play hard" culture, and while there's a big "work family" atmosphere, it definitely is a one way relationship. I was not happy having my health put at risk over COVID because of decisions made by senior management.
nCino: I started during COVID and still feel like a contributing member of our team. The company really cares about it's employees and I'm excited to return to the office.
CCH: Great Place to Work at
Kenco: Amazing Culture, Best company I have worked for. Truly embodies mission.

Rack Room Shoes: Well the pay is very low for managers ans regular employees. The hours are retail not great. Stores get no input in what we get. Corporate has no clue how stores work. Under valued. And currently understaffed in stores since we can not compete in wages
DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock: I have been privileged with a long career at DT and the opportunity to work in almost every department, with exposure to variety of business groups, leaders, and styles. Qualtrics: I've never felt like I'm going into work at Qualtrics. Qualtrics provides a fun experience with great co-workers and fantastic managers. The career progression is well defined and achievable and they overly compensate their employees.
DriveTime | Bridgecrest | SilverRock: I love it. I have spent 14 years here, every day is a new challenge with unlimited potential to grow.
Medela: A professional company, with super colleagues and a clear target setting
IPC Systems: Verry positive, always challenged with my team.
Evereve: Very little opportunity for growth beyond local level. No diversity in hiring, marketing, vendors. Passive aggressive leadership. Favoritism. Little support for stores in certain markets. Preference for white employees and models.
Medela: I'm vocational trainer for my department and each 4th mounth I train a new apprentice. I'm change owner for labelling changes and coordinate the release of good for print of our print material. Fanatics: Everyone is so willing to help you and very kind and easy going

Medela: Collaboration and transparency across different functions. Challenging and interesting projects in a high-paced environment.
Medela: lot of changes, too much pressure and deadlines, too many people to get the hard work, difficult to keep people motivated, but fortunately nice products, people, colleagues. happy to be part of it and I hope to keep it like this
Medela: I am very happy to have joined Medela. I was initially attracted to the company purpose to help moms, babies and patients around the world. I am very pleased to work in an organization that not only has a great mission, but really lives up to its values and is striving to improve itself.
Medela: Unfort. during COVID culture&togetherness have worsened. The tone&behavier tend to be resepectless and in comb.with high work load motivation is getting down/frustration is growing. The team spirit has gone, some colleagues disappeared, others are the working bees. Too many projects vs solving probs
Medela: Nice place to work with plenty of opportunities , friendly colleagues and challenging goals
Medela: We are on a good way, but still lots to improve. Specially the underresourced departments since years are "bleeding out" more and more

Fanatics: caring , , , ,
Fanatics: Everyone I've met and worked with is happy to help teach me and they go out of there way to loop me in on things they think I would benefit from seeing/knowing. People seem to want to get to know others beyond superficial things. Everyone's very eager to push the company to innovative goals.
Ellucian: Great working culture. Helpful colleagues and a hands-on learning experience. Merit based rapid growth opportunities.
Fanatics: i have not been so excited to come to work at any job
Granite Telecommunications: This is an old boys club. Women are given false sense of authority. The phrase golden hands cuffs is used consistently and the CEO psychologically manipulated the entire staff.
nCino: Fantastic company with a great culture. They only hire like minded people
DoorDash: It is great I am always looking forward to going to work and also because I can do it with my family with me which makes me feel more accepted and valued as an employee. Also, DoorDash as a company values its employees and encourages growth in our community.
