RingCentral: Not good in the first 2 to 3 months due to the sudden and unexpected org re-alignment which impacted me and my staff directly. There should be better planning and execution for change management drives. But, I am in a much better situation now as I have gotten used to the changes.

RingCentral: first 3 months, I was bullied by a female lead. I hav a medical condition in throat so I was not advised by my doctor to take calls. But ds lead insisted that I shud even tho i submited a med docs and she said that its part of the signed contract. She added that my condition is not that serious.

BDO USA, LLP: BDO hires a lot of good people, and my team is characterized by integrity and respectfulness. Compensation has been a little disappointing, though.

RingCentral: I have a good experience with the company so far. Maybe only how the employee engagement provide activities. These days, they're launching non-sense activities such as TikTok dance, I guess instead of them having this, why not put it on a more sensible activities

RingCentral: I got terrible experiences with the onboarding team but my manager is by far the most considerate and motivating. Employee Engagement is perfect, too!
Vans: Overall it's been great but ever since the new manager, lots of management that's been with the company for 4+ years quit due to the horrible business practices with the manager.
RingCentral: In a Work from Home setup now, RingCentral gave me the experience and feeling that I'm a part of the team ever if I'm not in an office setting or even seeing my coworkers physically every day.

Solutions offered to issues are often short-term. lack of TL - agent relationship. lack of team camaraderie. Lack of dedicated support. Excellent pay, benefits, equipment. :)

Medela: It was very organized and I was kept well informed.
North Highland: Working at this company feels like being on a losing team. They are unable to compete with other consulting firms and have no strategy or coaching. I have not seen them win any actual consulting business and feel like they don't have the drive to be in the staffing business. I give them 5 years.
