Instacart: I started during the earlier days of the pandemic, so it's been quite a ride. Priorities have shifted and there was a reorg. Overall, though, very positive and the leaders care about communicating well and ensuring folks feel good about the changes or at least understand the why.

Compensation to be normalized it should match experience

ZoomInfo: I am really grateful to have found employment at this growing company however, my Mentor/Manager recently left. He felt as though upper management did not respect his creative direction and he felt "forced out". I was extremely disappointed and feel it was a real letdown for our whole department.
