I enjoy receiving my bonuses and commission after I perform well. If I don't hit my quota one month, but we hit our team target, we are all still rewarded.

Not only does the leadership team spend most of their time training and consulting their staff on best practices, but they are also very transparent throughout all aspects of the business. It truly feels like they are invested in each employee's professional development from Day 1.

Closing deals is the best feeling. It's hard to beat the confidence I get knowing that a company would not have spent their budget on Meltwater if it wasn't for my own actions. It makes you realize how capable you are when you set your mind on a goal and chase it.
