Too much attrition; leads to fear and uncertainty about the future. Wishing there were a commitment to retaining quality individuals, and encouraging career growth.

All of the issues, from inventory, fulfillment, shipping, credit, pricing fall on the rep & also the blame. The reps cannot achieve their goals if the other depts do not step up.

We are racked to the far west side of the bldg. We have to receive and stage in front of product used for orders. Not an efficient building.
