Daktronics: During employment, worked in several different areas. Much room for personal growth. However, many employees feel under-compensated, and the levels of middle-management are staggering.
charming charlie: I had quite a few managers and only had a couple that came off with that "I'm the boss, just do what I asked you to do."
BairesDev: My experience with BairesDev is great. From the minute I started working here everyone was very welcoming. People are talented, willing to help but also to listen. We work in exciting projects and have enough room to develop of kinds of ideas.

Medela: Very positive - joining an organization during the pandemic has been challenging but the team has been great and technology has been an enabler. I answered "I never socialize with co-workers" due to Covid impact - I'm sure I'd do so when given the oppty.
Paycom: My overall experience has been one of immense stress and frustration. The recruiter was absolutely dishonest in expectations for the role and everyday going into the Paycom office is a nightmare.

Entercom: This is my final comment as I have work to do. My issue is I work in Atlanta a market that is 35% African American. I don't see that represented in the management of departments crucial to the success of the Atlanta office. i.e. marketing and sales.
GitLab: My team cares about their client base and they are helpful internally. We all want each other to succeed. That is a reality vs. just talking points at most companies.

Medela: I enjoy working at Medela because of challenges, being able able to work in global environment, lots of opportunities to learn. However, sometimes there is no work/life balance because we put in 12-14 hour days.
Waste Industries: It started out well. The changes in management made it less appealing. The overall morale declined. The public and customers started noticing the difference. I don't feel proud to work for a GOOD company anymore.
Datadog: Start hiring diverse employees. There's not one executive of color.
Medela: i've been here only 3 months and 2 of them have been shelter in place . training and management have been of the highest caliber.
Medela: Positive but at times leadership may be guilty of forcing exercises on us in large volume and expect more than a realistic number of meaningful sales calls per week as opposed to lower amount of sales calls that will translate to action
Medela: I started right before we were asked to work from home and the support I have been given has been wonderful. I was also given an opportunity to do training - having only been with the company a very short time. I am so appreciative for this opportunity!
Medela: I'm a new employee who started just as COVID hit. Medela has been very supportive and encourages my team to take this "down" time during which we can't travel to visit our clients to improve our strategy and processes, develop better marketing materials, and focus on how to make the most this!

Kathmandu: Kathmandu has been a great company with generous pay and award programs, which has always made it comfortable to continue working there and feel good at work.
Youfit Health Clubs: I gave my time to youfit and genuinely cared about that company. I felt like that was taken advantage of and I was pushed to my limits. Some of my favorite people and memories reside in that building but also some of my worst days were caused by that job.
