The Christ Hospital: I wish I had asked more questions when interviewing for my position. The organization has major gaps in information technology staffing that I did not anticipate. This was also true of the way people are rated. I found that my goals were changed and I was rated differently than planned. Very unfair.

Jiffy Lube: I absolutely am disappointed with the way jiffy lube cares for their employees. It makes me sick to my stomach that you guys can be that cruel to your employees. Things have to change and they will change.
New Relic: I've had great moments and grown tremendously at New Relic. After a reorg in 2020, leadership is practicing top-down innovation which leaves Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers little room to contribute meaningfully or innovate.
Gopuff: Fast paced and exciting. Challenging yet rewarding. Ability to own your role and process with supportive direct management to help guide.
Vertafore: It's only been a bit over 3 months, completely work from home, but I appreciate my team, I enjoy the work, and I'm overall happy.
Dun & Bradstreet: Overall positive. Learned a lot. But have maxed out and ready for new challenges.

Black Box Network Services: It is exciting. Although a history of 40+ years, there is so much opportunity to be an entrepreneur and make improvements.
Insight Global: I have grown as an employee and person because of Insight Global. My work ethic is better than ever and I have more avenues for growth than ever. I know I am still changing and evolving, but I'm satisfied with what IG has provided me these past two years at the company.

Vertafore: Like I said before, I started at this company in the midst of a pandemic. It's hard to say what my true experience has been like over a 14" laptop screen. But for what it's worth, it's been good. People are caring, and they've reached out. I hope that we can get back in the office soon.

Gopuff: Experience started off great with seemingly tons of opportunity for growth in the business and in my career. That quickly changed and now none of that exists. As well, lack of support and communication in the filed makes me feel stranded.

While challenging, it's been an incredibly rewarding experience from both a personal and professional perspective thus far.

Gopuff: The work life balance is bad. Like, really bad. Operations puts in tons of hours every week, and it feels like it's 9-5, monday - friday at HQ. We have "unlimited" vacation, but you can never get away, as we're a 24/7, 7 days a week business. I like what I do but it's exhausting.
