This is the perfect company to jump-start your career. You may not enter this job knowing much about staffing but they are determined to grow you personally and professionally. I've held several titles within this company and have always been encouraged to keep growing in every avenue.

I believe a lot of thought went into my compensation. It shows that they care about me as a person.

Knowing at the end of the day, I killed it. Being successful in your day is one of the most rewarding feelings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have grown professionally and personally together. In my hardest days at IG, they have been the family that has kept my head up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The aim to bring out the grit in everyone but, they do so with grace. They don't just enforce our shared values, they live them.

We might not all be in the same professional walk but no matter the position or title, everyone strives to work harder for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In any other company, my small voice would be masked by others, but at this company I feel heard. I feel like each leader goes out of their way to make you feel valued and in return you want to work hard for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team in this company has a different family dynamic. I've had the opportunity to be a part of three of these families and have loved every single one. The best part about my MSD team is I believe they actually care about my life outside of the office and being pregnant, that's a game changer.
