The company funded pension is my favorite part, especially with the 401K match in conjunction.

I believe the teams are passionate about meeting their goals but even more importantly being an asset to our customers and the patients that use our products.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hard to say which is the best. What stands out is the Pension plan which is less common, but that is because other things like health insurance are standard. I also like the 401K match as i am very focused on the future and being prepared for retirement.
