Lately a lot of shifts w/ CTO have led to things like on-call rotation, confusion on responsibilities for certain roles, people being laid off for confusing reasons.
Alkami Technology: Its been a great experience that I share with my industry friends. I am comfortable recruiting new talent into this organization without feeling like I have warn prospects about gotchas and key leaders.

Alkami Technology: Alkami does not offer true innovation or career progression for senior devs or higher. The development is mostly just maintenance work. Offshore seems to be leaderships first priority. Day to day work has become dull and frustrating. I am not surprised though with the high leadership turnover.

Salesloft: It's been good to me, overall. Getting my foot in the door in tech, getting paid a living wage, and enjoying the people I interact with on a daily basis. But after Vista, things have changed significantly. There's more eyes on the "unlimited PTO", a lot more secret layoffs, and uncomfortableness.

We have a shortage of engineers but may be over-growing in some other departments. Personally, I think the shortage of good engineers might hurt the long-term growth of the company.

PCCW Global: Initial salaries are seldom increased, and few opportunities to advance. A manager in another company who does not know the employees makes the important decisions, and local low-level managers, do not dare to speak for their direct reports.
Planet Fitness: The actual floor workers care about eachother and if someone has health issues and can't afford a doctor

An area of improvement would be to boost support staff. Some recent changes will be beneficial in the future but are a bit of "putting the cart before the horse."

People at 1182 can be rude and not kidding I was talked down too have been talked about because I'm 50. Team members literally said derogatory statements to me. I want someone to train me. PLEASE.

Empire Today: Very disorganized from top down. No concern or regards for employees. Pay is low and morale even lower. Lack of respect for employees. Long hours don't come close to correct compensation. Leadership doesn't want feedback or new ideas. Leadership styles are from the 1970's.

Relias: Toxic. There are lots of amazing individual contributors here, but middle management and leadership are petty, incompetent, and self-centered. This bad review will create a witch hunt to find out who wrote it and a plead for fake positive reviews to hide the bad ones.

ModSquad: Horrible, no base knowledge of helping the coworkers and giving bad feedback to them, they have one if not the worst AM that do not know their own job, giving you terrible advices and then they say otherwise if you make a mistake, but it's not their fault, it's yours to believe that they are good.
