West Elm: We purchased a piece that has never been delivered. Every time we call, they promise to get babk to hs. Each call lasts 30-45 minutes. We have been waiting 9 months for a $2100 piece of furniture.
Benihana: It was fine when i 1st started working there and than as time started to pass by i noticed that they treat black people unfairly. They started treating me differently, they were writing me up for everything employees that werent my race was doing the same things and they didnt write them up at all.
Alkami Technology: All around the company (out of 6) that I have enjoyed working for the most in my 30+ year IT career.
ETS Services: In 2016 working conditions were good for an at will job. In 2023, pay per shift was cut and company memos became dismissive and cold in tone. Speed and accuracy in scoring is now penalized and inefficiency rewarded. Now, notice of a cancelled shift can now happen with zero notice. Very bad.

Also Employee Onboarding is good however there would be good to be a "Know Your Products" and trainings for each as a primer.

Roku: Used to be a good place to work, no longer. Too too heavy. Too many layoffs.
