We have bonus that pays out twice a year. Generally our performance has been good so the payouts have been consistent. We are also slowly starting to introduce RSUs into the picture.

We've created a powerful culture here of inclusion and transparency. Employees feel safe to express concerns and ask questions. It took years to build up to this and I believe we are sustaining it.

We have a culture built on authenticity. It's genuinely a come as you are type of culture. It doesn't matter how you dress or how you speak. It's about your ideas and your expertise. There's trust so we sometimes furiously debate each other and often times, the result is better.
