What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing accomplishments of AE personnel in the field. There is very little positive reinforcement from leadership beyond a canned speech during NSM or MYM. As an AE I feel this company can take-or-leave me and does not value me as a person or employee.

Listen to their field team re: suggestions from clients and development of new tests Improve benefits (we only have 4 weeks of maternity leave which is not acceptable!!)

It is not on par with industry standards & does not take into account the area in which you live-Pay scale for Califonia vs. Iowa very cost of living. No tuition reimbursement program- if only 5% of sales team make bonus that is not healthy for retention.

I do not feel undervalued but would like the commission plan to truly reflect the Total Revenue that a large territory brings in for the Company versus a heavily weighted percent to goal that doesn't consider everything that goes into managing and retaining bigger territory w/ more Revenue

I believe that we are paid under what our industry pays especially our car allowance and fuel. I also believe the sales salaries are below industry standards and even more so in regions where cost of living is very high.

Like I stated AEs do not seem to be valued by Ambry leadership or Ambry corporate. I feel that leadership & corporate think AEs are a dime-a-dozen and do not value our skills, relationships, and ability to maintain and grow business with minimal support from leadership
