Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to receive a better compensation, the salary is barely competitive, but the bonus programs are not competitive vs other companies (relocation bonus, sign in bonus, annual bonus, etc.).

Each coworker I have is brilliant and loves what they do. Everyone is trying to do the best job and wants to create high quality work.
