What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to grow our FIM team in order to continue to be successful as a company. We need to focus on keeping the talent we do have through salary increases and bonuses. Many left because their pay was never raised after 2+ years. Responsibilities increased on the daily with no bump up in pay.

It's far lower than market value, and there are no promotion or raise opportunities.

Responsibilities increase on the daily with no bump up in pay. We are asked to constantly do more and more everyday with no monetary recognition. Hard to swallow when you hear all your colleagues celebrate their pay increases and massive bonuses.
