LRS: The work is good and most of the customers are nice people. Only really issues cone from are leaders. They are cutting hours and telling us to let the customers do what they want. This is a huge safety issue if we listen to these leaders then this company will end up with a massive law suit

AEVEX Aerospace: The company was not completely what I expected, it is a little old school. I feel the company was not ready for me when they hired me, there was very little training or tools to do the job. The willingness to make me succeed is here, but it feels like there is still a lot of work to do.
Radiance Technologies: So far I have learned much more than i do at any rate in college, as pertains to practical things in the real world of engineering. Very high turnover at all levels leading to a pretty chaotic and unsuccessful environment. Morale is low, pay is pretty good, but not worth the years it will take off you.
