Even though we are all remote, we still are able to connect via Slack and connect on a personal level. I made a new best friend at Alkami and have never met them in person. That speaks volumes in how connected the team is

When I joined, things were a bit negative on the team due to turnover, lack of vision, and some toxic management. Alkami took notice of this and completely revised the team and facilitated training to ensure the employees are happy and healthy. Only positivity has come from this!
